We are looking for a creative strategist who understands that great content isn't just about "likes"—it's about driving measurable action and inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Repurpose existing high-quality photos and videos into engaging short-form content for Reels, Shorts, and social posts.
• Execute a multi-channel posting strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google My Business.
• Craft compelling captions and clear Calls-to-Action (CTAs) designed to drive calls, form fills, and direct inquiries.
• Manage technical optimization by adding proper descriptions, tags, and metadata for every post.
• Maintain an active brand presence by managing community engagement, including comments and DMs.
• Continuously monitor and optimize content performance to ensure alignment with platform-specific requirements and lead gen goals.

• Proven experience in professional social media content creation and platform management.
• Advanced video editing skills with a specific talent for repurposing long-form media into high-impact short clips.
• A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of how content fuels lead generation.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail regarding posting schedules, formatting, and optimization.
