CNS Electric SRL is a specialized electrical engineering and technical services company operating in the renewable energy sector. We provide QA/QC, testing, commissioning, inspection and maintenance services for utility-scale solar PV projects across Romania.

To support our growing portfolio, we are expanding our O&M (Operations & Maintenance) team and looking for motivated technical professionals to join us.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV plants
• Electrical diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair
• Electrical measurements, inspections and functional testing
• Solar PV field testing, including insulation resistance measurements, I-V curve testing and thermal inspections where required
• Basic monitoring and technical assessment of plant performance through SCADA systems
• Execution of scheduled maintenance activities according to procedures, checklists and OEM requirements
• Preparation of service, maintenance and test reports
• Identification and reporting of technical defects and required corrective actions
• Proper use and care of company tools, vehicles and test equipment
• Strict compliance with HSE requirements, electrical safety procedures and company standards
• Regular travel between solar PV sites throughout Romania

Requirements

• Technical qualification or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or another relevant technical field
• Category B driving licence
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for field activities
• Strong practical, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Detail-oriented and disciplined approach to technical work
• Availability for regular travel throughout Romania
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop technical skills
• Previous experience in electrical maintenance, industrial maintenance or solar PV is an advantage
• ANRE authorization is considered a strong advantage

• Net salary: €1,500–€2,000/month, depending on experience and technical competence
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
