WHAT YOU WILL DO

• ​Understanding and analyzing client business processes, requirements, and needs
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and designing TO-BE solutions
• Translating business requirements into functional requirements and solution designs
• Participating in software implementation projects, from requirements analysis and solution design through testing, deployment, and go-live
• Configuring and adapting software solutions according to business requirements
• Working closely with developers and technical teams on integrations, customizations, enhancements, and fixes
• Understanding and working with data, databases, system integrations, APIs, and other technical aspects of solutions
• Preparing project documentation and maintaining functional specifications
• Presenting solutions and providing training and support to key users
• Supporting testing, UAT, change requests, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree or equivalent relevant education
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business processes and software applications
• Ability to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Understanding of databases and SQL
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English
• Comfortable communicating with both business and technical people
• Organized, reliable, curious, and willing to learn
• Willingness to travel when required

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in business analysis, solution consulting, functional consulting, or software implementation
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, retail, logistics, supply chain, or other business applications
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data flows
• Experience with software configuration, testing, UAT, or user training
• Previous experience working with clients and/or technical teams
