About the role:
We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer Intern to join our team for a three-month internship (subject to availability). You'll serve as the bridge between our customers and our product, ensuring they get the most value out of cside. You'll work hands-on with customers, understand their needs, and use AI to proactively improve their experience.
We’ll provide you with ample access to tokens and make sure you can ship to your heart’s desire.
This role is fully in-person, based out of our offices in central San Francisco.
What you will do:

• Customer Engagement: Monitor and participate in customer conversations, conduct product demos, and discuss implementation details.
• Implementation & Support: Help customers with implementation, handle post-sales requests and support tickets, and gather feedback.
• Proactive Monitoring: Proactively monitor user experience imperfections and issues.
• AI-Driven Improvements: Use AI to analyze and resolve user experience issues, and conduct in-depth analysis across various use cases.
• Special Projects: Take on periodic projects as needed to support the team and our customers.

• You have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers directly.
• You are proactive and able to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
• You are interested in leveraging AI to solve problems and improve user experiences.
• You are available for a full-time, three-month internship in San Francisco.
