ABOUT LOCOMOTIVE & BINGO LOCO
Locomotive is a live entertainment company producing high-energy event concepts across multiple markets. Our flagship concept, Bingo Loco, is one of the fastest-growing live event brands in the world — a sold-out show that fuses interactive bingo, live DJ performances, rave-style production, spontaneous dance-offs, and outrageous prize giveaways into a two-to-three hour experience unlike anything else on the market.
Bingo Loco sells out consistently across the US, Ireland, the UK, and Australia. In the US, we run regular shows in Denver, Las Vegas, Chicago, New York, and beyond. In addition to Bingo Loco, Locomotive operates a growing portfolio of live event brands including the Dayshift series.
We are now building a centralized sponsorship function to drive revenue across all concepts and markets.
WHO COMES TO BINGO LOCO?
Our core audience is 25–45 year old professionals — predominantly female-skewing (65–70%), high disposable income, highly social, and extremely active on social media. They dress up, they post, they tag, and they come back. Average group size is 6–10 people. Typical venue capacity is 500–2,000+, and events regularly sell out 4–8 weeks in advance.
This is the audience brands want. Your job is to help them reach it.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Sponsorship Manager with a verifiable, recent track record of closing large-scale sponsorship agreements. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who is actively working in sponsorship sales right now, with deals they can speak to and references who will confirm them.
You will be responsible for building Locomotive's sponsorship revenue across both product integration and advertising/media inventory — securing local, regional, and national brand partners across all concepts and markets.
Denver is the preferred base. Regional sponsor relationships — local alcohol distributors, beverage brands, lifestyle and hospitality companies — are built in person, and Denver is one of our strongest US markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sponsorship Strategy & Revenue
- Develop and execute a national sponsorship strategy across all Locomotive concepts
- Build scalable packages covering both product activation and advertising inventory
- Close local, regional, and national brand partnerships with a focus on alcohol, beverage, lifestyle, consumer goods, and hospitality categories
- Structure multi-market, multi-show agreements with recurring revenue potential
- Establish and consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Product Sponsorship & Brand Activation
- Identify brands whose products align with the Bingo Loco audience and experience
- Develop bespoke activation concepts — poured-at-event exclusivity, branded game moments, experiential zones, giveaway integrations
- Coordinate with events and operations teams to ensure seamless on-site delivery
Advertising & Media Sponsorship
- Sell Locomotive's advertising inventory across digital, email, social, and on-site placements
- Build and price advertising packages for brand marketing teams and agencies
- Track inventory across active markets and coordinate fulfillment with the marketing team
Business Development & Relationships
- Prospect, pitch, and close new opportunities independently
- Develop custom proposals and decks tailored to each brand
- Leverage existing relationships to activate pipeline quickly
- Negotiate contracts and manage deal terms through to execution
- Build long-term relationships with brand marketing directors, procurement teams, and agency contacts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 5 years of sponsorship sales experience in the United States
- Proven, recent track record (within the last 24 months) of closing mid-to-high six-figure sponsorship agreements — deal sizes and references must be verifiable
- Experience selling both product/activation sponsorships AND advertising/media inventory
- Background in live entertainment, music, festivals, sports, or experiential marketing
- Existing relationships with brand marketing teams, agencies, or decision-makers
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex, multi-term contracts
- Based in or willing to relocate to Denver, CO (strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with regular travel to events and key US markets
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Pre-existing contacts in alcohol, beverage, lifestyle, or consumer brand categories
- Experience building a sponsorship function or scaling a brand partnership program
- Multi-market or national sponsorship deal experience
- Existing network in the Denver market — local brand, agency, or distributor relationships
- Familiarity with live event environments and on-site activation
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- On-Target Earnings: $120,000+ (no ceiling on commission)
- Health Insurance included — enrollment required
- Periodic travel to events and key markets
