SAMY, a global network of independent marketing and communications agencies, is looking for a SR Account Director with a strong focus on Influencer Marketing.
The role will lead a multidisciplinary team and manage strategic accounts, ensuring campaign success, team supervision, and strong client relationships with top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Lead and mentor account and project management teams to deliver high-quality work on time.
  
• Oversee workload distribution and optimize workflow processes.
  
• Serve as the primary client contact, aligning campaign deliverables with client objectives and KPIs.
  
• Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure measurable results.
  
• Review proposals, provide strategic guidance, and maintain campaign consistency.
  
• Manage budgets, P&Ls, and resource allocation to ensure financial health of accounts.
  
• Identify growth opportunities and lead pitches for new business.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  
• 8–10 years of account management experience, with strong focus on Influencer Marketing,
  
• Strong expertise in social media, digital strategy, and campaign execution.
  
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and overseeing complex campaigns.
  
• Financial acumen, including budgeting and P&L management.
  
• High adaptability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  
• Fluent in English; native Romanian speaker required.
