We are growing and looking for a passionate, bold, and driven Industrial Stock Accountant to join our team.
The role's primary location is our Bucharest office. For the initial 3-4 months, it will temporarily require two days weekly at our Lehliu plant, after which it will fully integrate into our team in Bucharest.

What will you be doing as an Industrial Stock Accountant
The core focus of this role is to interact with all departments to obtain necessary information for correct classification and accurate accounting records.
This should be completed through the following activities:
Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile inventory movements: Perform 4-way matching for raw materials, finished, and semi-finished products, and accurately reconcile weighing notes across USHI and SAP systems for various sites.
• Process and record inventory adjustments: Accurately record inventory reclassifications, reworks, and daily waste adjustments within SAP.
• Participate in physical inventory counts: Prepare documentation, assist with physical inventory counts at the Lehliu Plant, and reconcile any identified differences.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance: Verify existing weighing notes, update Tax Warehouse Registries, and perform continuous checks to prevent errors and ensure proper documentation for transit.
• Support internal and external audits: Provide comprehensive documentation and reports as required for internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain documentation and provide cross-functional support: Prepare and archive monthly warehouse files, and provide timely information and documentation to production, industrial, and execution teams.
  

What you can bring to the role:

• Min 2-3 years of experience in Accounting / Finance roles
• Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics. Qualified accountant or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles, of applicable laws, codes and regulation
• Knowledge & experience of related computer applications
• Good command of English language
• Attention to detail and accuracy; problem solving
• Teamwork & collaborative mindset.
