Beko Romania is looking for a Structural Design Engineer to join our amazing team.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s / Master`s Degree in Engineering discipline;
• Experience in working with design programs TCE (Team Center Engineering), Unigraphics, SAP ERP;
• A solid knowledge of technical drawings and tolerances, essential for manufacturing and product development;
• Growth mindset, positive attitude to embrace change;
• The ability and willingness to find out what the customer wants & needs, and to act accordingly;
• Proactively planning and organizing, establishing priorities and allocating resources, adjusting work to accomplish business objectives;
• Collaboration skills, mutual respect behavior, communicating clearly, actively listening to others, taking responsibility for mistakes and respecting the diversity of the colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Product design based on the parameters and standards of the products;
• Participates to execution of the prototypes working closely with the production team;
• Draws calculations, technical specification, documentations and any other analyses required for the product;
• Follows up the homologation of the product in accordance with the internal methodology;
• Developing products that are more efficient and ecofriendly based on product strategy.
