This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment while supporting hiring activities for our manufacturing site, with a primary focus on blue-collar positions. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR team, you will be involved in various stages of the recruitment process and employer branding initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Support the recruitment process for blue-collar and entry-level positions;Screen CVs and pre-select candidates based on job requirements;Contact candidates by phone to conduct initial screening interviews and schedule interviews;Maintain candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS);Post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels;Assist with organizing recruitment events, job fairs and hiring campaigns;Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment documentation;Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;Provide administrative support for various HR and recruitment activities when needed.Your Profile:Completed studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;English at an intermediate level or above;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Good organizational skills and attention to detail;Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Come join us and embark on a fascinating journey with Greenbrier!The Greenbrier Companies are equal employment opportunity employers.
