Our client, Nokia, is seeking an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume hiring across internships, co-op programs, and entry-level full-time roles during the 2026 early careers hiring cycle. This role will start as a temporary role (May–December), and will play a critical role in executing campus recruiting strategies while serving as a visible ambassador of the Nokia brand with university partners and early talent candidates.


This position requires a hands-on recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is comfortable working onsite three days per week to support hiring teams and campus engagement efforts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for early career roles including interns, co-ops, and new graduate hires
  • Execute campus recruiting strategies aligned to hiring forecasts and seasonal demands
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Nokia, representing the company at college campuses, career fairs, information sessions, and virtual recruiting events
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with college and university career centers, faculty, and student organizations
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, timelines, and early career talent needs
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring a positive and equitable candidate experience
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and hiring progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams on onboarding coordination and early careers program execution


Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably within early careers or campus recruiting
  • Strong ability to represent an employer brand and build long-term campus partnerships
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Ability to work hybrid (3 days per week in-office) during the contract period

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting technical or engineering early career roles
  • Prior involvement in internship, co-op, or graduate program hiring
  • Exposure to DEI-focused early talent initiatives
