Your role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Romania, ensuring an excellent candidate experience while contributing to a strong, people-centered culture.
Your Journey

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for local roles and support hiring needs in Romania.
• Source candidates primarily through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other databases, applying creative and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support basic onboarding activities and ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
• Provide general support to the Human Resources team and contribute to ongoing people-related initiatives.

What Do You Bring To Your Trip

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition for the Romanian Market.
• Strong sourcing skills, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Experience screening candidates and conducting competency-based interviews.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-centered mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Romanian languages is required.
