Our operations are going international. As part of our corporate strategy GROW(ING) TOGETHER 2030, and in addition to our production sites in Germany, we are planning to establish another site in Romania (located in Pitești, with an expected workforce of around 150 people).
As a Production Team Leader (m/f/d), you'll guide your team, enhance operational
processes, and ensure efficient supply chain management.
The role | Your tasks.

• Ensure effective operation and productivity.
• Coordination and monitoring of daily operations.
• Technical and disciplinary management of your team members.
• Identify problems and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and process specifications.
• Responsibility for the achievement of departmental goals and KPIs.
  

Your Experiences And Competencies.

• First leadership experience of operational teams.
• In-depth understanding of lean principles and production methodology (system e.g. ERP, MES...).
• Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Ideally knowledge of English.
• Available to work in shifts
• Key Competencies: Display a greenfield mentality, exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities, a proactive and structured approach to work, analytical thinking, a strategic mindset, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
