Key Responsibilities
•Oversee and manage the complete design process, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
•Develop, implement, and validate design plans, technical specifications, and construction methodologies.
•Identify technical risks, inconsistencies, and potential issues, proposing effective solutions.
•Monitor construction progress, adjust plans and resources to ensure timely project completion.
•Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to meet all technical requirements.
•Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
•Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, including site supervisors and engineers.
•Prepare and present progress reports, manage budgets, resources, and project quantities.
•Lead the office technical team and foster collaboration between design, technical, and site execution teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
•Degree in Engineering (Civil, Geotechnical, Structural, or related field).
•Extensive experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including tunnel excavation (TBM and conventional), bridge construction, steel reinforcement, and railway technologies.
•Strong command of engineering design principles and construction methodologies.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of Civil 3D is highly preferred.
•Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and project documentation.
•Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
•Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
•Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
•Proficiency in English and Romanian.
