About the role

In this role, you will support customers and the sales team by managing technical inquiries and preparing offers for our electric and controls portfolio, including frequency converters, PLCs, HMI panels, and intelligent relays.

What You'll Need

✔ Basic knowledge of industrial control technologies (PLC, drives, HMI, automation components)

✔ Good communication and customer-oriented mindset

✔ Organised and detail-oriented approach to managing technical requests

✔ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

✔ Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or similar

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer requests related to electric and control solutions
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations
• Support the sales team with product selection and solution proposals
• Communicate with customers to clarify technical requirements
• Follow up on offers and support order processing
