About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist with Italian with excellent digital skills, for our awesome office in Sibiu, Romania (onsite).
What you will do

• Receive and handle the Operators’ requests by emails, chats, and phone calls
• Advise and consult our B2B customers to master the use of our SaaS
• Process and document the Operator experience
• Contribute to the development of the internal and external knowledge base
• Document resolutions and technical advances in the internal knowledge base
