A highly regarded global law firm is seeking a Temporary HR Analyst to support key initiatives. This role will focus on managing data-driven requests, including client-facing submissions, internal reporting, and industry metrics. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate incoming data requests, including surveys, RFP responses, and other firmwide reporting needs.
• Develop structured plans and timelines to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
• Analyze and validate data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business context and objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information.
• Prepare and present reports and summaries to support leadership decision-making and ongoing initiatives.
• Track key metrics and industry comparisons, contributing to process improvements and performance evaluation efforts.
• Maintain and update internal systems and databases, ensuring information is current and well-organized.
• Oversee and support broader data-related projects within the HR department as needed.
