As a Tesla Support Supervisor, you will work to continuously improve this seamless customer journey and keep customers at the center of everything we do. Your main responsibilities include leading a team of customer advisors and supporting the Regional Manager in guiding and coaching the respective advisors.

What You'll Do
Leadership: You lead a team of Support Advisors, manage day-to-day operations, and proactively drive developments within your business area. You collaborate closely with other managers/supervisors. You are a leader and team player.Flexibility: You can handle incoming ad-hoc requests and effectively set priorities while managing rapidly changing demands.Stakeholder Management: You maintain oversight of team topics, regional metrics, and escalation cases, and build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders (both within and outside Tesla Support) to ensure Advisors receive relevant feedback.Communicator: You support Advisors in handling customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency. You are the voice of Tesla in escalations and complex topics, representing our brand, mission, and products.Coaching: You serve your team by ensuring they have everything needed to be effective and successful. You conduct regular feedback sessions with team members and drive employee development.Change Ambassador: you have experience supporting a team through change initiatives.Continuous Improvement: You identify team training needs and support the collection of requirements for these sessions. You ensure best practices from your team and other Tesla Support teams are shared, facilitating knowledge transfer.Reporting: You manage and review multiple performance indicators from your region to ensure the team meets its goals.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a Business or Social Sciences related field, &/or a min of 2 years leading a team.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret data and identify improvements.A background in customer support or customer experience is advantageous.Prior experience in coaching. Experience in recruitment and HR related processes are a plus.Fluency in English & Romanian is required, a high level of fluency in Hungarian and German is desirable.Occasional travel within Europe, of up to 20% may be requiredThis role is limited to a one-year contract
