We’re hiring a Test Development Engineer

What you’ll do:

➢ Developing test systems for electronics / mechatronics for new products;

➢ Writing specifications in consultation with the customer;

➢ Writing the design documents;

➢ Drawing electrical diagrams and PCB layouts;

➢ Developing the operating software in NI Labview/TestStand,Boundary Scan JTAG Technologies/Python);

➢ Consultation with the mechanical engineers about the implementation;

➢ Bringing the system into production;

➢ Analyzing the performance during the running-in phase of a project and adapting/improving the system accordingly.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar;

• Experience with LabVIEW/TestStand or willingness to learn;

• Ability to read and understand electronic schematics;

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for electronic circuits;

• Hands-on experience with lab and rework equipment (soldering station, hot air, etc.);

• Understanding of test development techniques and basic test scenarios;

• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset;

• Proactive, results-oriented, and decisive attitude;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or development;

• Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
