#ChallengeCheck

• Performing laboratory tests (technical cleanliness) according to internal and external customer requirements;
• Preparing technical cleanliness analysis reports according to internal procedures and instructions.
• Knowing and applying relevant standards (e.g., ISO 16232, VDA 19, ISO 4406 for fluids);
• Understanding particle types (metallic, non-metallic, fibers, liquid residues) and their impact on components;
• Washing, ultrasound, and vacuum methods for extracting particles from samples.
• Using optical microscopes to identify and classify particles;
• Using high-precision analytical balances.
