Region MED > SBU MED Service > Tools Coordination

Supply Chain Operations is part of Vestas' growing and evolving Service Business UnitThe department is responsible for planning, repair, certification and technical support for Service tools.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to turbines stopped while waiting for tools
Keep the budget for tools in the country/subregion
Minimize the tools reported as lost in the country/subregion
Ensure tool certification engaging with stakeholders at different levels
Organize tools certification (onsite or offsite) and ensure certificates are uploaded correctly
Manage tool repair with vendors (ask for quotation, update PR's, etc) and warehouse
Labelling all tools with next inspection date
Document all material transfers in SAP
Handle all lifting equipment on site to enable the certification
Scrap damaged tools

Qualifications

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience from a similar role
Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing (other european languages would be a plus)
Driving license (bonus)

Competencies

Clear and effective communication skills across different levels of the organization
Well-developed analytical skills with a results-driven approach
Solid IT literacy, including SAP and MS Office tools (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint)
Able to handle change, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Attention-focused, organized, and highly motivated
