How will you make impact?
As a Transport Planner, you will be part of our Operations Department, responsible for the efficient and high-quality execution of transport assignments. Your main objective is to optimize transport planning and provide clear instructions to drivers, while meeting customer requirements and company quality standards.
Together with a dynamic and enthusiastic team, you will work in a 24/7 operational environment, planning and monitoring over 450 trucks using an innovative Transport Management System (TMS).
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic planning environment, collaborating daily with drivers, transport partners, and colleagues across Europe—no two days will be the same.
What will you do?

• Plan, organize, and coordinate daily transport activities
• Monitor drivers’ activities and truck positions
• Inform drivers about transport details (loading, unloading, cargo information, etc.)
• Work with transport management and monitoring systems
• Create consignments and transport plans in operational systems
• Calculate routes and monitor truck performance and utilization
• Maintain accurate and complete administrative records
• Communicate actively with internal teams and external partners
• Proactively identify and share operational insights and improvement opportunities
  

Who are we looking for?

• An organized and motivated professional with a strong interest in transportation
• Previous experience in transport or logistics is a plus
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
