About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality property videos and social media content for our real estate listings. This role involves editing both long-form property tour videos and short-form social media content, creating visual overlays such as floor plans, and managing a large content library across multiple listings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced content environment.

Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Content Production
• Edit long-form and short-form real estate videos using Final Cut Pro or similar professional editing software
• Produce vertical video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Add floor plan overlays with room labels and dimension information to property videos
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and visual quality guidelines
• Graphic & Thumbnail Creation
• Design thumbnails and graphics using Photoshop
• Create engaging visuals that improve content performance across platforms
• Content Management
• Organize and maintain video content libraries for 50+ active property listings
• Manage media files across company systems such as Dropbox, website platforms, and MLS tools
• Ensure content assets are properly stored, labeled, and accessible
• Social Media Content Publishing
• Upload and schedule video content across platforms including: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Optimize video formatting and specifications for each platform
• Quality Control
• Review all content carefully before publishing to prevent errors

Maintain consistent brand standards and high production quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency with Final Cut Pro (preferred) or ability to learn quickly
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Must own a Mac computer with reliable internet connection
• Experience producing content for social media platforms
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Required Skills

• Experience editing real estate or property marketing videos
• Familiarity with MLS systems
• Experience managing content across multiple social media channels
