Job Description

• Processing of complaints on site: registration, evaluation and conclusions of all Complaints procedures; 
• Selection, determination and/or optimization of test methods, materials and measuring and testing devices; when necessary will be support in their purchase (in coordination with PPx/PUE);
• Participation in taking samples from production lines as part of the change;
• Elaboration of the necessary reports and documentation;
• Analysis of relevant quality data; application of learned things in new projects (via PPx/PUE);

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree ongoing in technical studies;
• Technical skills (mechanics, electro-mechanics, robotics, mechatronics, industrial, quality);
• PC operating skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Pack); 
• Fluent English speaker; 
• Good communication and cooperation skills; 
• Presentation skills.
