Sales Manager/Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.
About The Project
We are building an AI-powered B2B platform that helps companies find, compare, and evaluate service providers faster and more effectively.
Today, vendor sourcing is often slow, manual, and subjective. Companies spend significant time browsing directories, comparing profiles, checking reviews, and evaluating providers before making a decision.
The platform replaces this with evidence-based matching, using structured provider data, case studies, reviews, and AI analysis to identify the best-fit providers for each specific business need.
No catalogs. No ads. No pay-to-rank.
Just data-driven shortlists with clear reasoning.
The product is designed for companies looking for software development, marketing, and other outsourced services. Our initial focus is the US market, with further global opportunities.
Why This Role Matters
As a Sales/Lead Generation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of bringing this new approach to market and helping companies move from manual vendor research to AI-driven decision-making.
This is an early-stage sales role focused on outbound communication, lead generation, market validation, and converting interested prospects into paying users.
You will play an important role in helping us test sales channels, understand customer needs, and shape the first repeatable go-to-market process.
What You'll Be Selling
- An AI-powered platform that helps companies reduce vendor sourcing from weeks or months to minutes.
- Evidence-based provider matching based on real project experience, case studies, reviews, and business fit.
- A decision-support tool for companies looking for software development, marketing, and other outsourced services.
- A subscription-based B2B product targeting primarily the US market.
Stage
The product is currently at an early go-to-market stage. The core product is being prepared for active sales, and we are looking for a Sales/Lead Generation Specialist to help validate channels, communicate with potential clients, and bring the first paying users.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, primarily in the US market
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other relevant channels
- Reach out to potential clients and introduce the product value proposition
- Communicate with decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, CTOs, procurement managers, and business owners
- Qualify prospects and understand their needs related to outsourcing provider search
- Drive prospects toward product registration, demo/product usage, and paid subscription
- Follow up with leads and manage communication throughout the early sales process
- Test different outreach messages, sales approaches, and target audiences
- Share market feedback with the team to help improve positioning, messaging, and sales strategy
- Help shape the first repeatable sales process for the product

Requirements

- Confidence in communicating with international clients, especially US-based prospects
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or other outbound sales channels
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and decision-making
- Ability to quickly understand a SaaS product and explain its value clearly
- Result-oriented mindset and willingness to work in a performance-based model
- Native or near-native English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience selling SaaS products or digital platforms
- Experience working with the US market
- Background in lead generation for B2B products
- Understanding of outsourcing, software development, procurement, vendor management, or marketplace models
