Tasks

• Provide 1st Level Support through the Service Desk
• Monitor multiple ticketing tools
• Accept, categorize, assign, and track support tickets
• Perform proactive monitoring of multiple customer SAP systems
• Handle inbound calls via the support hotline
• Escalate critical incidents according to established procedures
• Monitor SAP transactions and system performance

• Excellent time management skills

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to handle challenging situations and work under pressure

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
