Role Description The 3D Designer will work on a part-time basis in a hybrid model, primarily based in Oradea with flexibility for some work from home. In this role, the designer will create and refine 3D models and visual assets that support the company’s security-focused solutions, presentations, and simulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing high-quality 3D visualizations, setting up lighting and materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into clear visual narratives. The 3D Designer will also assist with animations, graphic elements, and design iterations based on feedback, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality, consistency, and deadline requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong 3D Design and 3D Modeling skills, including the ability to build detailed, accurate, and optimized assets.
• Proficiency in Lighting and material setup to achieve realistic or stylized visual outcomes as required.
• Graphic Design capabilities to create cohesive visual elements, layouts, and supporting graphics.
• Animation skills for creating motion graphics, short sequences, or animated visualizations of complex scenarios.
• Experience with industry-standard 3D and design tools (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
• Ability to interpret technical or abstract concepts and convert them into clear visual representations.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and comfort working in a part-time, hybrid environment.
• Relevant education or training in 3D design, animation, visual arts, or a related field; prior experience in security, technology, or simulation projects is an advantage.
