Managing the whole 4PL Freight Audit & Payment process according to the Service Requirements of the 4PL Customer
Ensuring that our technology platform is used to create/maintain highly efficient processes
Liaising with third parties in accordance with customer requirements
Effective management of daily tasks, client updates and milestones
Creating a culture of excellence in the way you provide customer service
Report and communicate any issues to the Operations Manager/Director as they arise.
Excellent communication at all levels, ability to speak and write English
Enthusiasm, confidence and a process driven mentality
Ability to use your initiative and be proactive
Planning and organizing skills; attention to detail and accuracy •
Experience of using Microsoft office is a bonus
Experience in logistics/freight-forwarding/customer service function(s) is an advantage, however, if you are a quick learner and have a good attitude, we provide an extensive induction training program.
This role will require you to variable shift work including alternate weekends, and/or morning or evening shifts. Any shift work outside of normal working hours incurs additional shift premiums.
