The Client Relationship Executive role at Marsh involves expanding the client portfolio across various insurance lines. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience and excellent communication skills in both English and Romanian. Responsibilities include conducting market research, participating in client meetings, and collaborating with internal teams. A BSc/BA in business administration or a related field is required. Marsh is seeking an Client Relationship Executive(Employee Benefits) to join our team. This role will be based in Timisoara, Romania. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.


In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Marsh’s client portfolio across various insurance lines. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will ensure the highest level of service and compliance with Marsh's standards and procedures.


What can you expect:



  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights;
  • Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for corporate clients;
  • Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects.


What you need to have:



  • Proven success in sales (B2B) with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a sales development representative, or relevant experience in business to business environment/ banking;
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Native Romanian;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Time management and planning skills;
  • Dynamic, with initiative, persuasive, team player;
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills;
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field;
  • Driving license.
