💻 How We Work


The Revenue team are truly global and they have the opportunity to connect weekly in 121s and team meetings, as well as in person at TransferRoom events.

Our HQ is at Bankside, London with additional Revenue team members based globally.


🎯 What You'll Be Working On


We're looking for an Account Executive in the Balkans to oversee the development of our club and agency customer base. You will be engaging with senior decision makers in the industry across the Balkans including Romania and Serbia, wowing them with our offering and converting them to TransferRoom advocates.


  • You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and developing new leads
  • You’ll manage your sales pipeline from prospect to close in order to achieve individual revenue targets and KPIs
  • You’ll oversee and manage existing customers
  • You’ll understand, manage and maintain the CRM system (Hubspot)
  • You’ll collaborate cross functionally with customer success, strategy and product teams to advocate for customer needs and feedback


We hire for potential and mindset, not just a checklist of skills — so you don’t need to have used all these before. We can support you with onboarding and learning opportunities to get up to speed.


✅ You Should Apply If


  • You have experience in Sales roles, preferably in the sports industry and / or in SaaS
  • You have strong existing understanding of football club operations OR ability to quickly acquire this knowledge
  • You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • You have excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving skills including ability to navigate complex customer situations
  • You are a hunter with proven track record of pitching at CxO level
  • You are fluent in English + Romanian/Serbian
  • You have a full Drivers license
  • You are willing to travel frequently and at short notice to meet clients
