Working closely with the Account Supervisor, you will ensure the seamless day-to-day execution of creator campaigns, advocacy activations, community engagement, and reporting. You will combine strong project management, attention to detail, and relationship management to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within scope.,Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Scouting & Shortlisting: Research and identify relevant creators, beauty advocates, and emerging voices that match campaign briefs and target demographics.Briefing & Execution: Draft and distribute creative briefs, coordinate campaign deliverables, and manage day-to-day communications with creators to ensure deadlines and guidelines are met.Seeding & Logistics Management: Lead end-to-end product gifting and PR box send-outs—including packaging coordination with suppliers, dispatching, and delivery follow-up.Rights & Compliance Check: Verify music licensing, image rights, and proper ad disclosures (#ad / #paidpartnership) before and after content goes live.
