Typical responsibilities include:
Managing and coaching SDRs on prospecting, discovery, objection handling, and booking meetings
Hiring, onboarding, and training new SDR team members
Setting activity and pipeline generation targets (calls, emails, meetings booked, SQLs, pipeline created)
Monitoring KPIs and performance metrics through CRM and sales engagement tools
Running call reviews, 1:1s, performance improvement plans, and career development sessions
Creating outbound prospecting strategies and cadence optimization
Collaborating with Client on inbound lead follow-up and campaign performance
Working closely with Account Executives to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Forecasting pipeline contribution and reporting results to Sales Leadership
Managing territory/account assignments and lead routing
Improving SDR processes, playbooks, scripts, and operational efficiency
Ensuring CRM hygiene and accurate reporting
Motivating the team through contests, coaching, and performance management
US hours between 15.00-03.00 h (9 h with 1.5 h break included)
