🚀 Account Manager – Client Success & Onboarding (Client-Facing Role)
At Nova Media Marketing, our mission is to scale book sales through performance marketing on platforms like Amazon, Meta, and DSP. We’re now looking for a proactive and organized Account Manager to support our Project Manager and take the lead on client communication, reporting, and onboarding.
In this role, you won’t be buried in backend setup or ad tweaks — your focus is external. You’ll be the person our clients trust for updates, clarity, and support. From onboarding to weekly performance insights, you’ll ensure they feel informed, heard, and taken care of.
⭐️ Main Success KPIs:
- Smooth onboarding of new clients signed by the sales lead
- Client satisfaction score of 9/10 or higher
- Timely delivery of weekly and monthly performance updates
- High account retention and positive feedback
Outcomes 🏆
- New clients are onboarded within 5 business days of handoff, with goals, expectations, and access clearly aligned
- Weekly and monthly reports are delivered consistently, backed by clear commentary and Loom updates
- Sales Lead involvement time in client communication does not exceed 1 hour per client per month
- Account retention exceeds 90% by year-end
Responsibilities 📋
- Act as the main day-to-day contact for assigned clients after sales handoff
- Feedback from clients is translated into clear internal action points for Media Buyers
- Red flags or blockers are escalated early to the Project Manager or Head of Operations
- Support and collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery
- Own the client reporting workflow — from pulling data to writing insights and recording Looms
- Coordinate expectations, goals, and feedback between clients and internal team members
- Log all comms, updates, and preferences to maintain transparency and consistency
- Onboard new clients: explain the process, align expectations, and manage access/setup
- Monitor satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain a professional, proactive tone across all channels (Slack, email, Loom)
