At ContentSpeed, we have been developing eCommerce solutions since 2003 and have become highly specialized in platforms dedicated to distribution companies, retail, and online commerce. As part of the ASEE and Payten Group, we support more than 1000 companies through complete eCommerce services: B2B and B2C platforms, ERP/POS integrations, custom developments, technical support, maintenance, and consultancy.
We are looking for an Account Manager passionate about consultative sales, client relationships, and technology, who will actively contribute to expanding our client portfolio and promoting ContentSpeed solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships during the sales process and represent the company according to the commercial policy;
- Identify and contact new clients while developing long-term business relationships;
- Present and promote the ContentSpeed platform, products, and services;
- Prepare commercial offers, sales documentation, and contracts;
- Conduct online and offline meetings with potential clients and partners;
- Gather and centralize client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to identify the best solutions;
- Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and growing the client portfolio;
- Use the company CRM (PipeDrive) to manage leads and sales opportunities;
- Perform prospecting, follow-up activities, and cold-calling when required;
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and developments in the eCommerce industry;
- Provide basic support to clients for platform usage and online store setup;
- Participate in eCommerce events, conferences, and trade fairs.

- Experience in Sales / Account Management / Business Development roles;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets;
- Strong organizational and time management abilities;
- Interest in technology, eCommerce, and digital solutions;
- Proactive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to continuously develop professionally;
- Experience working with a CRM system is considered an advantage;
- Previous experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or software solutions is a plus.
