Develop professional relationships within assigned accounts, managing and nurturing the relationships with them
Serve as the main point of contact for partners communications, ensuring prompt and clear responses
Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each partner’s specifics and goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Finance, Legal to align deadlines and expectations that fulfill the partner needs
Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling, or new partnerships
Manage quotations, contracts and other administrative tasks related to account operations
Stay informed on gaming trends and releases, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies and tools specific to the industry
