What You'll do

• You'll build relationships of trust with new and existing customers, helping them find the best Hilti solutions for their business.
• You'll work in the field, putting yourself to the test in a dynamic, challenging, and ever-changing environment.
• You'll make demonstrations with our most innovative products, illustrate our cutting-edge software, and offer unique, customized services and solutions.
• You'll collaborate with numerous internal stakeholders, such as Field Engineers, PMOs, and Business Developers.
• You’ll create a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory
• At Hilti, you'll have the same autonomy you'd have running a small company, but you'll never be alone!

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree – Business or Construction field
• Previous experience in B2B sales – minimum 2 years is mandatory
• Previous experience in instalations industry would be considered an advantage
• Passion and understanding of construction and instalations iindustry
• Previous experience in working with set targets, CRM/ERP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, ability to set clear goals and the desire to achieve them.
• Proactive, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Driving license – valid
