As our CEE business scales across 10 countries, we are looking for a proactive partner to master the daily operational complexity and animate our growing B2C projects. Joining as Hector’s right hand, you will play a critical role in optimizing our existing partnerships, ensuring that our ambitious regional strategy is matched by flawless execution on the ground.
🚀Your missions :
Account Management: Daily Operations & Reactivity
- Offer Pushing: actively pilot and send daily commercial offers to the client portfolio
- Daily Operations: act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day coordination and account optimization
- Aftersales Management: resolve cases with extreme reactivity. The Logic: Solving a problem fast is the best way to build a long-term relationship
Sales Development: Stock Opportunities & Multi-products
- Stock Promotion: proactively identify and push available stock batches to ensure our clients capture the best deals
- Catalog Expansion: drive "multi-product" growth by pushing new references, accessories, or introducing different grades
E-shop GO & Trade-in GO Animation: B2C Growth
- Initiative Steering: develop and manage marketing actions for strategic partners to boost buyback and resell volumes
- Ideas Engine: act as the support and "ideas engine" for campaigns, newsletters, banners, and discount codes to boost traffic and conversion
Operations: Master of Systems & Flows
- Seamless Execution: check stocks, create reservations, and push orders through internal ERP/tools
- Sales Admin: manage client creation, follow up on samples, and handle delivery details

🫵Your profile :
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of solid experience in Account Management, Sales Operations, or Category Management. You’ve already managed complex client relationships and you know how to navigate the pressure of a fast-paced business.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- You are comfortable with Excel basics.
- You are highly responsive and outcome-oriented: You don’t leave an email unanswered. Even if you don't have the final answer yet, you acknowledge the client. You follow up on every topic without needing a reminder.
- You are a cool-headed communicator: you build cooperative relationships based on respect. You take a breath, analyze, and provide the best possible solution for our clients
- You are naturally proactive: you don't wait to receive tasks. You anticipate account needs, identify stock opportunities yourself, and suggest improvements before a problem even arises.
- Fluency in English and Romanian are mandatory. French is a plus
- Expect regional trips (CEE) and trips to France for seminars and HQ alignment.
