🚀 TNX is a fast-growing outbound sales agency and international B2B sales partner helping companies generate new business opportunities in global markets.
We work with technology and service companies (IT, SaaS, BPO, custom software, marketing services) that want to expand internationally. Our team builds and operates outbound sales engines through LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, data enrichment, and structured sales execution.
We are looking for an Account Manager with hands-on outbound sales experience, comfortable speaking with international prospects and managing relationships with Romanian clients targeting foreign markets.
This role combines account management and outbound sales execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both building client relationships and actively generating opportunities.
🎯 Role Overview
As an Account Manager at TNX, you will manage a portfolio of clients while also running outbound campaigns targeting international markets.
You will be responsible for coordinating outreach strategies, engaging directly with prospects through cold calls and LinkedIn, and ensuring campaigns deliver consistent results.
The role requires someone adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced international sales environment.
🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with clients targeting international markets
  • Run outbound campaigns including LinkedIn prospecting and cold calling
  • Engage directly with international prospects and decision-makers
  • Identify and qualify potential clients for TNX customers
  • Coordinate outreach strategies and campaign execution
  • Monitor performance and continuously optimize outreach approaches
  • Use modern sales tools for prospecting, enrichment, and campaign management

🧠 Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2B sales or outbound prospecting
  • Comfortable conducting cold calls in English with international prospects
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in international sales or cross-border business development is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with modern outbound tools such as:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Prospecting tools
  • Enrichment platforms
