What you’ll actually be doing

• Managing day-to-day client relationships (the kind built on trust, not just email threads)
• Leading projects from start to finish, making sure work is on brief, on brand, and on time
• Working closely with creative, strategy, and production teams
• Keeping things organized, but staying flexible when things shift (because they always do)
• Helping clients feel heard, understood, and in good hands

What we hope you bring

• At least 2–3 years of experience in account management (preferably in a creative agency)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A calm head, even when deadlines pile up
• Curiosity, empathy, and a collaborative spirit
• A genuine interest in both the creative work and the people behind it
