We are looking for an experience and motivated Account Manager, to join our Sales team and help strengthen partnership with our customers in the manufacturing area.

Part of the Sales team undertakes relation with small or medium sized customers, administration and other office-based duties.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and support a portfolio of small to medium-sized client accounts.
• Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and day-to-day requests of small to medium-sized clients
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Check and input annual forecasts and rolling forecasts.
• Reporting:
• Liaise with the Accounting, Customer Service, Planning and Shipping Department.
• Generate correspondence on overdue amounts.
• Review returned dispatch notes and record claims.
• Intercompany price calculation and scrapping request forms
• Keep documents in order and up to date.
• Back-up in local meetings/attendance (for Sales manager)
• General administration duties.
• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of systems, including performing internal audits as required.
• Constant use of suitable work aids (OPP).
• Fulfillment of any other duty appropriate to the task.

What makes you great:

• Education level: University degree (economy, technical field Manufacturing/industrial environment will be a big plus).
• English Language Skills – Advanced level.
• Years of relevant experience: 5 years.
• Problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Experience working in a sales or commercial environment
• Professional communication skills in both written and verbal interactions
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• High level of self-motivation and involvement in work.
