🔎MISSION

As an Account Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Identify, prioritize, and manage a sales pipeline of potential Marketplace sellers.

Lead negotiations and onboarding of new, high-potential partners.

Support sellers with data-driven insights to help them grow sustainably.

Analyze and optimize performance metrics to improve satisfaction and profitability.

Collaborate cross-functionally (IT, Retail, Finance, Stores) to deliver high-visibility projects on time.

Stay ahead of market trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities for growth.

📜WHO YOU ARE/YOUR PROFILE

Fluency to speak, read and write in English.

1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, FMCG or retail.

Strong commercial, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized, result-oriented, and driven by ownership.

Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field.

Knowledge of the E-commerce industry and Marketplace platforms is a plus.
