Role Description

We are currently extending our team of Account Managers – Talent & Artist Management and invite you to join us in our local and worldwide endeavors.

Responsibilities

• Client & Career Management: Serve as the primary contact between the artist, label, and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and strategic alignment for long-term growth.

• Brand & Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement branding, audience engagement, and promotional strategies for music releases, partnerships, and overall career development.

• Creative & Content Production: Oversee the planning and execution of photo shoots, music videos, and visual content, ensuring all creative assets align with the artist’s brand and campaign objectives.

• Digital Growth & Social Media: Manage the artist’s online presence, content strategy, and platform performance, collaborating with marketing teams to create engaging content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and track impact.

• Financial & Contractual Oversight: Optimize budgets, negotiate contracts and master deals, and ensure accurate financial management, invoicing, and reporting.

• Event & Media Coordination: Facilitate negotiations with event organizers, accompany the artist to promotional events, TV/radio appearances, and launch activations, maximizing exposure and audience reach.

• Project Execution & Performance Tracking: Ensure the timely creation, approval, and release of all necessary assets (masters, artwork, press materials, visuals), while monitoring campaign impact and refining strategies for continuous growth.

• Strategic Development & Business Growth: Identify new partnership opportunities, revenue streams, and audience expansion strategies, proactively driving the artist’s career forward.

Qualifications

• minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, PR or film/TV production, with a background in agencies, start-ups, or corporate environments.

• Highly organized with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver within deadlines

• Dedicated, creative, team player.

• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

• Ability to innovate and be solutions focused.
