What you will do
Daily operations

• Recording acquisition invoices — merchandise, fixed assets, inventory items
• Recording service invoices for internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, HR, Procurement)
• Issuing sales invoices
• Operating bank account platforms — local and foreign currency
• Cash receipts and payments through the head-office cash register

Retail & fiscal cash registers

• Daily checks of fiscal cash register transactions across store locations
• Monitoring sales and purchase journals

Month-end close

• Recording general accounting notes
• Controlling the accuracy of account balances
• Balance confirmations with partners
• Checking the trial balance following monthly activity

Support & control

• Supporting internal and financial audit activity
• Recording fixed assets and inventory items

Contabil / Economist / Accountant
The role
We are looking for an Accountant to take ownership of daily accounting operations across the group's entities from invoices and banking through to month-end close and trial balance.
You will work across multiple entities, multiple sales channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce, marketplace) and two markets, and you will have real autonomy on day-to-day operations.
What we're looking for
Essential

• Completed higher economic studies
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
• Hands-on experience with fiscal / sales cash registers
• Solid Excel (formulas, filters, pivots)
• Working-level English — you will correspond with the group finance team
• Attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• Retail or FMCG distribution experience
• ERP familiarity (we use Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Multi-entity or multi-country experience
