We are looking for a Warehouse Accountant to join our team on a maternity cover contract. The role supports warehouse operations through accurate documentation, inventory control, and SAP postings, ensuring full alignment between physical warehouse activities and system records while collaborating closely with procurement, logistics, and project management teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Create purchase requisitions.
• Create and verify material and spare-part codes in the system.
• Control and register goods receipt documentation (delivery notes, weighbridge tickets, invoices).
• Verify quantities received against contracts and delivery documentation.
• Maintain proper filing and traceability of warehouse documentation.
• Monitor stock movements and ensure alignment between physical inventory and SAP records.
• Post warehouse transactions in SAP according to company procedures.

Collaboration with Chief Warehouse Accountant & Warehouse Manager

• Track supply contracts related to aggregates, concrete, and precast elements.
• Monitor delivered quantities versus contracted quantities.
• Support reconciliation of supplier documentation.
• Prepare logistics and consumption reports for project management.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Cost Control regarding material deliveries and contract quantities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse accounting or warehouse administration.
• Previous experience in construction projects is required.
• Knowledge of construction materials (aggregates, concrete, precast).
• Experience with goods receipt documentation and delivery control.
• SAP ERP experience (MM module is an advantage).
• Good understanding of warehouse and logistics processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Good command of English.
