Job Description:
As anAccounts Payable AccountantwithinGBS Accounting Timisoara, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, maintaining strong vendor relationships, and supporting end‑to‑end AP activities using SAP and Tangro workflow tools. Your work directly contributes to operational stability, compliance with ContiTech standards, and the delivery of high‑quality financial services across our Business Units.
Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices usingTangro(indexing, validation, routing) and post toSAP.
• Perform3‑way matchingfor PO invoices and2‑way matchingfor non‑PO invoices.
• Manage vendor inquiries, resolve invoice/payment discrepanciesand supportAP mailboxcommunication.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements, requestSOA, and perform reverse reconciliation for non‑responses.
• Process vendor credit memos and supportmonthly invoice accruals.
• PerformGR/IR checks and clearingas part of AP operational activities.
• ConductICO (Intercompany) reconciliationsfor AP balances and resolve discrepancies.
• MeetSLAsandKPIexpectations for accuracy, timeliness and process compliance.
  

Qualifications:

• University degree inFinance / Economicsor comparable.
• 1–3 yearsexperience preferred.
• Knowledge of up‑to‑date finance tools (SAP preferred).
• GoodEnglish& German skills.
• Willingness to work in aninternational environment.
