Cerinte

- French at an advanced level B2/C1 and English level B2/C1, is mandatory;

- University degree in Economics is mandatory;

- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (eg. Excel);

- Previous relevant working experience of 3 years in a similar Finance role is required;

- Previous working experience with the SAP ERP system is a plus;

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks;

- Ability to work independently and as a team;

- Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilitati

- Bank postings: clearing incoming and outgoing payments; clearing interim accounts; other manual accounting postings on GL, related to cash transactions;

- Investigating, and following up, with customers and related AR departments, on old cash items (unapplied cash handling);

- Monitor and analyze business transactions with suppliers (e.g. credits, commissions, advance payments, taxes); investigate and clear old items;

- Monthly reconciliation and analysis of Balance Sheet accounts (AP, AR, FA, Leasing, Banks);

- Bad-debt allowance calculation;

- Down Payment posting and clearing;

- Collaboration in projects for process optimization in the cash application area;

- Development and implementation of measures for optimizing the processes, as well as solving technical problems in cooperation with the IT department;

- Management of statistics according to requirements;

- Support on the Internal/external audits for own area of activity;

- Any other ad-hoc activity given by hierarchic superiors in your area of expertise.
