Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Experience: minimum experience or a strong desire to learn quickly in Accounts Payable operations.
Knowledge: Understanding of basic accounting prinviples.
Systems: Familiarity with SAP but not mandatory, MS Office
Language: Advanced English leanguage skills are required. Knowledge of German is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsabilities:
Invoice Processing: Recording, verifying and coding invoices in the accounting system.
Accuracy and Compliance: Ensuring all invoices comply with internal policies, local tax regulations, and have the necessary approvals.
Multi-market Support and Change: Handling invoices and requests for various markets/projects, rapidly adapting the process to the specific requirements of new or changeing markets and procedures.
Vendor Relations: managing simple inquiries from vendors.
Process Documentation: Participating in the updating and creation of process documentation following system or procedural changes.
