The Accounts Payable Specialist – German Speaking is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Service Entry Sheets within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The role contributes to financial accuracy, operational efficiency, compliance, and strong supplier relationship management while supporting German-speaking stakeholders and suppliers across Connect44 Group entities.

Required Education & Trainings:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
2. SAP Finance or Accounts Payable training preferred.
3. German language certification or demonstrated professional proficiency preferred.

Required Experience:

1. Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
2. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
3. Experience with Purchase Order processing and invoice matching workflows.
4. Experience creating Goods Receipts and/or Service Entry Sheets in SAP is considered a strong advantage.
5. Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
6. Understanding of invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, and payment workflows.
7. Experience working in international or shared services environments is considered an advantage.

Specific skills & technical knowledge:

1. Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
2. Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and financial controls.
3. Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operational flows.
4. Familiarity with Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, and Service Entry Sheets processing in SAP.
5. Ability to identify and resolve invoice matching discrepancies.
6. Good Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
7. Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
9. High attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
