Key Responsibilities:
• Review and validate supplier invoices to ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
• Perform matching between invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
• Manage and resolve supplier queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyse and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Monitor and manage the shared Accounts Payable inbox.
• Follow up with suppliers to obtain missing documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders including accounting and procurement teams.
• Monitor approval workflows (purchase orders and commitments).
• Process invoices, while verifying order status.
• Ensure proper filing and audit trail of documents.
