We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist / Ad Trafficker to join our digital marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical engine of our digital media campaigns, ensuring flawless execution, tracking, and delivery across a variety of ad platforms and networks.
We are looking for an analytical problem-solver who understands the complexities of the modern ad tech ecosystem. If you have a solid understanding of ad servers, tag management, and front-end troubleshooting, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
What you'll be doing:
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Manage the setup, trafficking, QA, and launch of digital advertising campaigns across display, video, mobile, and native formats.
- Ad Server Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our core ad serving platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, Google Ad Manager, Sizmek, or similar).
- Tracking & Tagging: Generate, implement, and QA tracking pixels, floodlight tags, and UTM parameters. Use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate conversion tracking.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve rendering issues, tracking discrepancies, and ad delivery errors. Perform basic debugging of HTML5 creatives and JavaScript tags.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign delivery to ensure pacing aligns with budgets and KPIs. Pull delivery reports and assist the analytics team in mapping data accurately.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Media Planners, Account Managers, and Creative teams to ensure assets meet technical specifications and campaigns launch on time.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: 3-5 years of direct experience in Ad Operations, Ad Trafficking, or Programmatic execution at a digital agency, publisher, or ad tech company.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with enterprise ad servers (CM360, GAM) and a good grasp of DSPs/SSPs.
- Web Technologies: A working understanding of web fundamentals (HTML, basic JavaScript) as they relate to ad serving and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Data & Analytics: Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Attention to Detail: An eagle-eye for spotting discrepancies and a zero-error mentality when it comes to live campaigns.
- Communication: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as you will be collaborating with international stakeholders.
