We're Hiring: Admin, Distribution Printed newspaper| România Liberă

România Liberă — one of Romania's most trusted and historic media brands is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin, Distribution printed newspaper to join our Bucharest team.

This is a key operational role sitting at the intersection of print distribution, billing and client administration. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly, communicating clearly and making sure nothing falls through the cracks — we want to hear from you.


What you'll do:


Print Distribution

  • Coordinate and monitor the distribution of România Liberă's print edition
  • Coordinate daily with the company driver for print edition deliveries, scheduling and any urgent logistics needs
  • Liaise with distribution partners and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery and invoicing
  • Track and report on distribution performance and resolve any issues
  • Post the printed edition to Clients and resolve any delivery issues


SEO Article Coordination

  • Receive confirmed SEO article orders from the advertising sales team
  • Brief and send article details to the relevant internal or external content team for publishing
  • Follow up to ensure articles are published on time and to spec
  • Retrieve published article links and send them back to clients as proof of delivery


Client Administration — Invoicing & Contracts

  • Prepare and send contracts to SEO advertising clients
  • Follow up on contract signing and ensure all documentation is in order
  • Issue invoices in a timely manner and track payment status
  • Liaise with clients on any administrative queries related to their orders
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date client database


What we're looking for:

  • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator or operations role
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communicator — both written and verbal
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience with invoicing, contracts or client-facing admin is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with digital content or media workflows is a plus
  • Based in and working on-site in Bucharest — this is not a hybrid or remote role
